  Clients

I work through translation agencies as well as directly with some clients.

I prefer to develop long-term, direct relationships with clients. In that scenario, they know I am doing the translation and taking responsibility for its quality and timeliness. They also know that I will give them preference over any work I receive indirectly through agencies.

Of course not all long-term relationships last forever. Several of my clients have been acquired, or new management has come in with different priorities, etc. I am therefore always searching for new clients.

I am careful not to overbook. For example, the period from late February through late May, when most companies publish annual reports, is always very busy. During those months, advance scheduling for large projects is essential.

The following list of current and former clients is merely indicative and far from comprehensive. Some are direct clients, others indirect (through agencies). I value professional relationships and do not seek to steal clients away from agencies that send me work.
